2. Simple intake
You share only what’s needed. We collect access to your current trackers and key business tools, and confirm the WhatsApp approach (plus any other enquiry channels you use).
3. The Control Sprint
We install your control core (lead tracking + follow-ups + tasks), set up the Owner Dashboard, meeting capture, go-live QA, and role-based training.
4. System Support (recommended)
Recommended for 90 days: we keep the system clean, run weekly hygiene, spot-check capture quality, and send a weekly Leadership Summary.
